The patent leather has held up way better than I expected — two months of playgrounds and rainy walks, and they still wipe clean like new. The synthetic lining keeps her feet from getting sweaty, which was my main worry with patent shoes.

My daughter has worn these every school day for a month and the patent leather still looks brand new — no scuffs at all. The T-bar strap keeps them securely on her feet, which was always an issue with other shoes. Made in Europe is a nice bonus too.

The lining is hypoallergenic and breathable, so no sweaty feet complaints after a full day at school. The patent leather wipes clean with a damp cloth, which is exactly what I needed for a five-year-old.
